ZOTAC launches ArcticStorm GeForce RTX 3090
ZOTAC Technology Limited, a global manufacturer of innovation, today launches the all-new GeForce RTX 3090 ArcticStorm from ZOTAC GAMING designed to support GeForce RTX 30 Series GPUs powered by the NVIDIA Ampere architecture.
Equipped with a full-coverage factory waterblock, enhanced RT cores and Tensor cores, new streaming multiprocessors and super-fast memory, ArcticStorm brings fearless cooling to the world’s most powerful GPU for performance at full throttle.
ArcticStorm features the features of the award-winning AMP Holo series designs including play, futurism and minimalism. The waterblock uses precision guided laser engraving with sculpted paths and additional texture to give dimension to the clear acrylic block, allowing it to capture lighting to enhance the overall design in an understated, sleek and elegant way.
A maximum flow path has been cut to cover key components with a cold nickel-plated copper plate making direct contact with the GPU. At the center of the flow path is a 0.3mm micro-channel core to maximize heat extraction. The anodized aluminum waterblock provides full coverage, spanning the entire length of the board and making contact with the most critical components including GPU, memory and VRM via premium thermal pads to supercharge the transfer of heat.
The ArcticStorm waterblock uses a dual slot PCI socket while measuring only 25.9mm in width. With its narrower width than PCI bracket, the design increases flexibility for building compact solutions.
A 16 + 4 power phase design means that no power phase is overloaded and generates too much heat. Greater power distribution brings more stability. The POWERBOOST control chip also provides live electrical current regulation and instantaneous responses to electrical deviations to reduce ripple noise, minimize power fluctuations, and increase temperature tolerance for long-lasting performance and additional stability.
Dynamic RGB lighting
Individually addressable RGB LEDs and selectable modes powered by the SPECTRA 2.0 lighting system make the ArcticStorm design shine even more. Take advantage of the FireStorm utility to adjust brightness and light modes to independent zones, sync them together in unison lighting, or create ambient lighting synchronized with an external RGB LED strip via the header 3-pin RGB.
ArcticStorm uses the standardized and most widely used fitting, G 1/4 inlet and outlet ports on the top, for flexible installation and a wide selection of liquid cooling hardware compatibility. Two sealing barbs are included to support a 10mm inner diameter tube.
