Xcelerate, Inc. retains accounting firm for audit
MAULDIN, SC, June 22, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Xcelerate, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: “XCRT”) today announced that it has retained BF Borgers CPA PC as the Company’s independent accountant to audit its financial statements for the years ending December 31, 2019 and 2020. Retaining the audit firm is another step in the company’s plan to deliver value to its shareholders, said the CEO of Xcelerate. Michael o’shea.
“Management has diligently reviewed potential acquisition candidates over the past month,” said O’Shea. “Although we do not have a definitive agreement to acquire a business at this time, we remain optimistic about the success of our efforts in the near future.” Mr. O’Shea then warned: “Nothing gets done until it’s done. This is a long process and involves a significant amount of work. Ideally, once we have acquired an existing business, we will attempt to raise it properly capitalized. We then plan to file a registration statement with the SEC and subsequently move to OTCQB or QX, with the ultimate goal of moving to a national exchange. Hopefully our recent relationship with a nationally recognized investment banker will help this plan; their last three trades have resulted in price increases on the NASDAQ. As always, we intend to keep the investing public fully informed of all significant developments in the company, should events warrant. ”
