If you wonder what a game is called Space Warlord Organ Swap Simulator implies, the game’s Steam page helpfully calls it a “sci-fi body horror market mogul” and shares the following:
“Face the ruthless organ market. Swap viscera with dubious numbers. Stop the Vampire Leech Organs from devouring the rest of the cargo inside your cargo bay. Flood the galaxies with meat. Make profit.”
