Is The Battlefield Trailer Delayed About A Chinese Rocket About To Hit Earth?
The world is waiting for EA and DICE to launch the new Battlefield trailer, with all of the trailer’s teasing forms already in sketch form, alleged trailer music, trailer details And much more.
But now Battlefield Leaker and Better Free Marketing Campaign Manager Tom Henderson have tweeted a few spoiler-heavy details from the trailer. I’m going to assume if you didn’t want to read this news you would have stopped by now, but the Battlefield trailer might be delayed … the impending Chinese rocket that’s going to explode somewhere on Earth in the next one. A few days.
Why is this a problem? Henderson says the new Battlefield trailer has a “rocket in the trailer that explodes and falls and kills soldiers, so releasing the trailer (if disaster strikes) might be a bad decision.” Well, yeah … that would look bad, really bad for EA. A rocket hitting the ground and killing soldiers in a game, like a Chinese rocket exploding somewhere on Earth in the real world and possibly killing people.
All Things Gaming was cool enough to include a map of where the Chinese rocket is expected to land, pretty much the entire planet and its people.
We were recently told to be “blown away” by the graphics of Battlefield, with weaker Tom Henderson adding that EA DICE’s new first-person shooter “looks like a movie.” We’re already excited about next-gen destruction in Battlefield, real-world storms, and more.
We’re also not far from the game’s reveal, which is set to happen any day now – with recent news seeing EA announce the arrival of the new Battlefield game on PC and next-gen consoles, as well as a “breathtaking experience” for the new Battlefield for smartphones and tablets coming in 2022.
