Green House Gaming has announced the IGZO 27 Inch Gaming Monitor!
The Japanese company called Green House Gaming may not be well known, but it was one of the first monitor manufacturers to use an IGZO panel. This new type of technology is not a new type of panel but a new type of transistor in the TFT backplane, or thin film transistor. Green House Gaming has yet to announce pricing information for the GH-ELCG27WA-BK gaming monitor but said it will be available in early July.

It features a 165Hz refresh rate and uses IGZO transistors, acronym for Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide, instead of using standard transistors from TN, VA, IPS and even OLED panels. Since this new technology is not a new type of panel, it can be implemented in almost any type of panel. This technology is often used in televisions and smartphones because of its ability to display vivid colors and create fantastic visuals.
In addition to this new type of transistor, this monitor offers 165Hz refresh rate and 2ms response time, which is perfect for FPS and Racing-simulator games. Only DisplayPort connection supports 165Hz refresh rate, while HDMI connection offers 144Hz refresh rate. This monitor supports Adaptive-Sync, which matches the refresh rate of the monitor with the images. produced by your graphics cards; this eliminates any stuttering or screen tearing, allowing for a higher level of immersion.
This gaming monitor comes with an adjustable stand that offers tilt, swivel and height adjustments to ensure that using this monitor is both functional and comfortable for long gaming sessions. The included stand includes also a headphone stand included, saving you space on your desk.
Green House Gaming has yet to announce the price of the GH-ELCG27WA-BK gaming monitor, but they have stated that this monitor will be available later this month.
