Digitization consulting firm iMovo Limited announced that it has appointed Mr. Bashara Hinnawi as the new business development manager for customer relationship management (CRM) services.
Bashara will support and develop the current practice of iMovo CRM in Portugal and Malta. In this role, he will particularly focus on helping clients introduce CRM approaches to help automate and create new efficiencies and growth levers. This objective would be achieved thanks to iMovo’s vast experience in the field and with particular emphasis on the use of Salesforce solutions.
Bashara brings with him his background as an entrepreneur and a successful career in business development and process optimization. Before moving to Portugal in 2008, he was the founder and CEO of a wine and spirits company and pioneered the integration of CRM automation and AI principles to drive business sales and customer loyalty. Since then he has worked with major international market leaders in the BPO and Tech industries, such as WebHelp, Cisco Systems, Logitech, Fujitsu and VMWare.
In 2012, he took on the position of Program Director for the Lisbon Challenge (Beta-i) acceleration program leading him to become one of the best acceleration programs in Europe, while also taking on the management of Smart programs. Open Lisbon and Data Pitch representing Portugal. in a European-wide innovation program focused on solutions based on Big Data.
He has supervised more than 200 start-ups and evaluated more than 1,500 applications from start-ups, participating in juries as well as as a guest speaker in various events.
